-Items returned must be in original packaging and in an unused condition fit for re-sale. All incorrectly ordered items or items no longer required are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and postage charges will not be refunded. This excludes items that are received damaged or sent incorrectly by us. Refunds are only given upon receipt of goods.
-All parts (where applicable) are in Imperial measurements unless stated otherwise. We do have some stock of Metric parts but please call us for availability. We do try to keep a good stock of parts here but in the unlikely even that a part is not in stock please allow upto 14 days for delivery, we will be in touch with you if this is the case.
-All UK orders are sent via a next day recorded delivery courier, we regret we can no longer send items via Royal Mail due to a substantial increase in lost & damaged parcels
