Delivery Guidelines

All goods are despatched within 2 working days for stock items. Some items are not always in stock and must be ordered in. We will contact you once your order has been processed to let you know an expected delivery date.

All orders under the value of £99.99 (inc. VAT) will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Parcel service (1-2 working days). All orders of £100 (inc. VAT) and above will be sent via tracked courier UPS (next working day). Tracking details will be availble on request.

Please only get in touch regarding possible missing parcels after 5 working days from order. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal service due to bad weather or strike action.

Returns

Goods may be returned if you no longer require them or you have mis-ordered a certain part. Items must be in original condition and un-used. Returned goods will be refunded within 3 working days, with a 15% re-stocking fee as per our terms and conditions.

If an item is incorrect or is faulty upon receipt then we will offer full refund including refund of postage charges that were applied.
